The Leadership Duo

A complementary partnership designed for clarity, continuity, and trust.

At Hilltop Consulting, leadership is intentionally shared. Our work is stewarded by The Leadership Duo—a principal strategist and a director of operations who work side by side to ensure the vision is honored and execution is sound.

This structure allows clients to experience both depth and durability: inspired direction paired with disciplined systems.

Leadership

Denard Fenaud, LMSW, MDiv

Founder & Principal Consultant

Denard brings over 18 years of experience across mental health, healthcare systems, evaluation design, and leadership development. His work sits at the intersection of faith, data, and human-centered strategy.

At the core of Denard’s leadership is a clear mission: to restore people’s faith in God’s voice—within themselves, within their organizations, and within the systems they are called to steward. He supports leaders and institutions in discerning what is essential, naming what is true, and building structures that align conviction with action.

Denard’s approach is calm, rigorous, and pastoral. He does not rush outcomes; he stabilizes them.

Ollda Fenaud, MHA

Director of Operations & Fractional Operations Manager

The Fractional Architect

“Operations isn’t just about systems; it’s about the unique frequency of the people within them.”

Ollda serves as the operational heartbeat of Hilltop Consulting. She is the system architect behind our most complex partnerships, including initiatives with the Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health (AIM) and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG).

By integrating her CliftonStrengths, Ollda’s role moves beyond support into true strategic partnership. She transforms raw data, lived history, and organizational nuance into what we describe as a Strategic Sanctuary—a structure where people and performance can coexist.

Our Values

Learning requires reciprocity

Spend time getting to know you by having a feedback tool based on vision and listening.

Be Accountable

Document the process, create working templates, and work on logistics by doing intermediate audits and evaluation.

Working together is quality of life

Never make what you're doing more important than the people you're doing it with.
